Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is a decision-making body of the project. The major responsibilities of the Steering Committee include: selection of the ultimate composition of the RESPECT Index based on the performance of all three stages of the project and outcome of verification delivered by Deloitte.

Additionally the Steering Committee takes decisions about all changes in the course of the project, index testing methods and calculation principles and exercises supervision over current methodology and also proposes directions for its development. The Steering Committee also settles all disputable issues.

The Steering Committee consists of:

• Ludwik Sobolewski – the President of Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
• Agnieszka Gontarek – Director of WSE Issuers’ Department
• Eliza Durka – Director of WSE Promotional Programs
• Tomasz Wiśniewski – Chairman of the WSE-based Exchange Indices Committee
